Nonoka

Ricchan...

Ritsu

Hm? Yes?

Nonoka

Please, take a seat right here.

Ritsu

Okay... Thank you.

Ritsu

Um... Is something wrong?

Nonoka

You see, Ricchan... Nono-chan...

Nonoka

Nono-chan is envious of you, Ricchan.

Ritsu

Really...?

Nonoka

Yes. Whenever we play guitar together in practice, or when I watch Ricchan's guitar streams...

Nonoka

I always think the same thing... your playing is tight and spot-on, Ricchan!

Ritsu

Thank you.

Nonoka

That's gotta be because you practice properly every single day!

Ritsu

Don't you do the same?

Nonoka

No, no! What goes into our practice must be different!

Ritsu

What goes into it... I see.

Ritsu

Even two ramen broths that look the same can smell and taste completely different if they're made with different ingredients.

Ritsu

And the same goes for guitar... Is that what you mean?

Nonoka

Yes! I wanna hear your secret recipe, Ricchan~

Ritsu

Let's see...

Ritsu

I make sure to do the basics every day, like practicing to a click and running through fingering exercises.

Nonoka

Bravooo...!! Magnificent...!!

Ritsu

You really don't need to applaud...

Nonoka

Oh, it absolutely is! Nono-chan is giving you a standing ovation!

Nonoka

Training steadily, day after day, one little step at a time...

Nonoka

Just like doing bunny hops across the field... Wait!!

Nonoka

Let's call it the Bunny-Hop Technique!

Ritsu

The Bunny-Hop Technique... That's a good name.

Ritsu

I think your guitar playing is wonderful too, Nono-chan.

Ritsu

It's passionate and dynamic. Your strumming is powerful and completely fearless.

Ritsu

It's like watching a pro drain noodles... snapping the noodle basket down in one clean motion... Wait!!

Ritsu

This is... the Extra-Firm Downstroke...!!

Nonoka

Extra... firm...!!

Nonoka

So that's it... Nono-chan's guitar was extra firm all along...

Ritsu

...!

Nonoka

Ricchan, thank you. You helped Nono-chan realize something important.

Ritsu

Not at all.

Ritsu

Today's practice will be a dream collaboration between the Bunny-Hop Technique and the Extra-Firm Downstroke.

Nonoka

Wait!! Then that means...!

Ritsu・Nonoka

The Extra-Firm Bunny-Hop Technique!!

Ritsu

Hehe... Now I'm looking forward to hearing how we sound together.

Nonoka

Yeah! Let's have a total blast~~!
